Holistic Sex Coaching is a dedicated, warm space I’ve created to help you come home to yourself. Unlike traditional approaches that focus only on the mechanics of sex, I look at the whole you—your mind, your heart, your nervous system, and your unique anatomy. My goal is to help you move away from "duty" or survival mode and toward a life of embodied presence and genuine, joyful pleasure.
Coaching vs. Therapy: How I Work Differently
While both paths are incredibly valuable, they have different goals and "vibes." Think of therapy as healing the past, and my coaching as building your vibrant future.
Sex Therapy usually focuses on healing clinical dysfunction, trauma, or mental health diagnoses. It is often a more formal, talk-based clinical process that looks at the past to understand old wounds.
Holistic Coaching is less clinical and more of a collaborative partnership. I focus on empowerment, pleasure expansion, and your personal growth. Because we are building new habits and feelings, I provide active support between our sessions. You aren't just left to figure it out on your own; our work together includes:
• Home-Play Practices: Gentle, private "assignments" I design for you to explore sensation in your own time.
• Somatic Inquiry: I’ll guide you through exercises that help you check in with your body’s physical signals and wisdom.
• Consistent Support: I provide follow-up emails and check-ins to celebrate your wins and navigate any hurdles.
